Panvo focuses its R&D on two core areas:

• New Product Development

Major successes in process development have been:

• Development of a novel process for high bulk density chitosan
• Development of MSM manufacturing process eliminating the use of any organic solvent
• Continuous improvement in the Glucosamine process to improve yield and Quality

New product development initiatives have led to the successful commercialisation of:

• Calcium Citrate Malate
• Potassium Magnesium Citrate
• Magnesium Citrate

We are also working on exclusive partnerships for development of speciality chitin / chitosan-based products for industry-specific applications.

 

Manufacturing:

• Panvo's flagship manufacturing facility is located at Gummidipoondi, about 30 miles from Chennai
• The facility is spread over an area of 2 acres
• Our plant has state of the art manufacturing equipment to manufacture our products

• We have an in-house QC laboratory to ensure product of the highest quality standard
